The 32-48 page quarterly magazine was distributed to 30,000 employees, and at its peak was translated into 3 languages. I worked with an editor who wrote the entire publication and created the editorial structure, features, and departmental updates. She coordinated stories with contributing editors from each facility. Professional photographers were sent to the featured plants, then they provided me with the high-quality images. I created the visual structure and artistic direction as well as the graphic design production. I was very fortunate to win numerous awards for this magazine, which I produced for 15 years.
